This healing group comes from the lineage of Generative Somatics. Somatics is a body-based healing methodology centered in building more agency, connection and resilience to move people towards personal and collective transformation. We have a commitment to bringing healing to POC, young folks, queer-identified folks and people working in social and environmental movements. We believe deeply in all people having access to healing.
